This looks like the sky is cracking, nice trick for a howling moon, at least now I know what that sound is I've been hearing.

Reminds me of going to visit friends in the desert outside Phoenix (years ago, before urban sprawl ate it), sitting atop their mobile home at dusk under a full honey-colored moon, and howling to set the coyotes off on their own feral chorus.
