this is an amazing illo, i love the colours.
The colour is just mouthwatering - I love this - the way the telegraph poles could be grave markers and the blurry scratchiness. Eerie.

I agree about the telephone poles looking like crosses. I love the light on the right side, as if it's the only place to call for help. The entire piece looks like a pastel explosion, eerie and wonderful.
